head bowed, white hair –
errant frost catches moonlight.
silence. crickets sleep.
sword across her knees
catches moonlight.
silence. dew falls.
wings flutter.
owl settles.
silence.

Indeed, this season looks to be an exquisitely beautiful one. As for emptiness, I, too, hope to understand and become one with it. So useful, emptiness. 🙂
