Your poem is a perfect window looking into the first snow…especially the branches blooming white. I love the look!

It was like that for too long down here. Now we finally have winter. It was sooo cold last night when I was walking about and the sky had that odd mauve tint. So I was not surprised but happy to see it snowing.

How lovely that must look. You capture the delicacy of a snow fall beautifully.

Love how the first line seems so negative…but your final line brings out winter’s beauty.

The first word ‘bitter’ set the stage. Brr. Frosty. Lovely. Why get out of bed.
    Wonderful as usual, Kanzen. 🙂
