Change Your Life Forever

For De’s Quadrille prompt at dVerse Poets Pub. Write a poem of exactly 44 words excluding title. You must use the word “change” or a variant of change: changes, changed, changeling… I am not playing today.

Change Your Life Forever
“Change your life forever
The world will change when you change yourself
Change yourself in Silence…”
Change your life by World Order

This poem doesn’t come with trigger messages.
But this warning is given:
Your life will change.
Stop whining. Stop living in a dream world.
Open the door and go in.
If you want the world to change
Get off your ass and change it.

Friday Fun: Boy Meets Girl

I know I have posted this before but with Valentine’s Day lurking on the horizon, I thought this would be fun thing to re-post. World Order brings it again. This is frothy and fun and funny. Guys night out, table full of girls at the next table, strutting by, checking out…..and at the end of the evening, still guys night out, trading cell phone pics, comments, etc. There is always the suave one, the awkward one, the funny one in such groups. I have included a translation below the video if you are interested. In spite of the fun, the song is really sweet and full of that “first love” emotion. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Boy Meets Girl, the feelings overflow with brightness
Discover a moment when the stars fall in the sky
Boy Meets Girl, I knocked on many doors back then
You want to find a vividly drawn bright rainbow door

The sweet love song you sang with pride at dawn
You remember the suitcase you stored it away in
Deciding to take the journey, isn’t just an impulse
The day I spent with you is the best event of the 20th Century

Boy meets girl, such meetings are the treasures of human life
A boy will someday gaze into a girl’s dream
Boy meets girl, with a dazzling rhythm they begin to dance
In the morning, the afternoon and the night, the wind pounds my heart south

We want serenity, we want a place we can be proud of
But most important is that I met you on that day

Boy Meets Girl, the feelings overflow with brightness
Discover a moment when the stars fall in the sky
Boy Meets Girl, I knocked on many doors back then
You want to find a vividly drawn bright rainbow door
My heart pounds

Friday Fun – “2012”

Another video from my favorite guys, World Order.  In 2012, everyone was going on and on about the Mayan calendar and the end of the world, or the current cycle of existence.  A Japanese take on this, World Order, has as usual interesting moves, meaningful words.  They filmed this video in Mexico City and some surrounding areas.  Many of their moves have a bit of the ritualistic and archaic to them.  I have provided an English translation of their interpretation of the Mayan calendar and end times.  Nothing dreary or scary, but a message for balance, prayers, being aware of our past and moving towards peace and perfection.

“2012”
As the piled-up history is signaling the end,
our memories of the cycle of civilization are returning.
While we try to recall a world unknown to us,
an unknown encounter slowly appears before us.

Perfection is when we’re here
Perfection is where we’re going to
Perfection is when we’re here
Perfection is where we’re going to

Perfection is when we’re here.
Perfection is where we’re going to.
To the end of the cycle, the beginning of evolution,
and the era of the galaxy, we open our eyes,
offer up our prayers into seven directions,
and then march towards our goal of cleansing.
Perfection is when we’re here.
Perfection is where we’re going to

Someone is shouting from the other side of the rainbow bridge.
We will entrust our sense to the power of silence,
begin weaving dreams with fibers of light,
and then open the gate to that unknown world.
Perfection is when we’re here
Perfection is where we’re going to

Perfection is when we’re here
Perfection is where we’re going toPerfection is when we’re here.
Perfection is where we’re going to.
To the beginning of the end, the beginning of cleansing,
and the origin of the galaxy, we will return.
While seeing off our three octaves,
let’s savor our perfect fifths.
Perfection is when we’re here.
Perfection is where we’re going to.

Saturday Smiles – Call Me Maybe and fun stuff

Another video with World Order.  This one is different. We have the fun song “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepson featuring the guys in World Order.  Some of the parts are taken from past videos, other scenes were created new in collaboration on this.

It’s frothy, it’s fun, kids stand nearby and imitate their moves, they swoon over the girl and clutch their cell phones to their hearts.

Sit back, have fun.  And hey, call me….maybe!

Friday Fun and Saturday Smiles: Have a nice day!

A fun video today from my favorite Japanese robotic group, World Order.  I’ve posted vids from them before but they are usually serious.  This one is just for fun and giggles:  the guys out on the town, listening to CDs, eating street junk food, going to an ice cream parlor and flirting with the servers, cruising the mall, pie at an automated Japanese restaurant, getting light sticks in anticipation of going to a “sophisticated” girl show….lots of energy in the video and music.

So, have fun doing whatever you are planning on for the weekend and –  良い一日をYoi ichi-nichi o – have a nice day, nice day!!!

A few of the lyrics, translated for you:

HAVE A NICE DAY
Sunday morning flashed bright
Let’s go back to town today
Favorite jacket
Everyone’s waiting at the intersection

Today, HAVE A NICE DAY
Passing through this Love Pattern
Seems to disappear when I put it into words
My feelings are like bittersweet chocolate

So! Like a cloud passing overhead
I already know your answer
Passing sky told me “Shall we meet again?”
My love doesn’t reach anyway

良い一日をYoi ichi-nichi o

Saturday Night Music Post: World Order

My taste in music has always been…..varied and at times, downright odd.  I do like a lot of the Japanese group and their music.  One of my favorites is World Order. Main man is Genki Sudo, former MMA champion.  While everyone may not care for the music, the moves are mesmerizing.  I hope you enjoy.  This one is Mind Shift.
